During the discovery call, we can recommend a different plan if the one you initially selected isn't the right fit.
- What services do you offer?
We offer comprehensive website development and management solutions tailored for celebrities, including website design, development, content creation, marketing, and ongoing support.
- Who can buy your services?
Our services are available to celebrities and aspiring celebrities who want to establish a strong online presence. To purchase our services, you must be at least 18 years old and the end user of the website. You can have your team or agency manage the services on your behalf as long as you are the end user.
- Do you hold in-person meetings?
We hold online meetings using digital tools for effective client communication, with on-site meetings available as a service.
- Do you provide services to agencies?
If you are interested in using our services for your agency business, you are considered the end user according to our terms and conditions and can benefit from a package plan. However, if you are building a website for a client, you will need to request a custom third-party proposal.
Pricing and Payment
- What is your pricing structure?
We provide competitive subscription plans for specific categories of websites or services. You can further customize a website package plan with optional retainers and premium services to help your website grow.
Alternatively, we also offer custom proposals based on the scope and complexity of the project. We provide free or paid estimates for solutions tailored to your specific requirements and needs.
However, we never undertake any website project or service that does not align with our values and structure, goes against our terms and policies, or is on our prohibited website or activity list. If this is the case, we will inform you during our discovery meeting, and we will be unable to provide a proposal. - What method of payment do you accept?
You can proceed to Celebrisite services and package plans payment using your credit card or PayPal account.
- How do I make a payment?
To purchase our services, Add to the cart your chosen package plan, retainer, or service and then proceed to checkout with your selected payment method.
- What happens if I do not pay my monthly plan?
Your plan covers access to our platform and services, including your server, website, necessary software, and system updates and maintenance. If you fail to pay your monthly plan, we will keep your site up and running and reach out to you about the payment issue. However, if there are three consecutive payment failures, your subscription will be terminated. Celebrisite will back up the last version of your website to enable reactivation in the future, subject to applicable fees and conditions.
- How do you handle payments for custom website requests?
We usually ask for a deposit upfront to start the project. The rest of the payment is due when the project is finished. We will discuss the payment methods and terms with you during our initial call and include them in our contract. You can make your payments on our website, view your payment history, update your payment details, and download your invoices from your account dashboard.

- How long will my website project take?
Website timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on factors such as project goals, revisions, and feedback. Once we begin planning your project, we will provide you with a detailed timeline outlining the milestones and tasks for your website. This will allow you to easily track the completion progress from your Celebrisite account.
- What is the process for revisions?
The process for revisions is simple and efficient. You can provide feedback directly on our approval platform without the need for back-and-forth emails. Our platform allows you to comment, review, and approve each element of your website, making collaboration easy and improving workflow significantly. We welcome feedback and revisions at any stage of the project. Additionally, we can present you with design mockups or prototypes for review when appropriate.
- Do you provide content for my website?
We can help you find or create content for your website through our in-house service or network of partners. When a piece of content is included in a package plan, we assume that it is created by Celebrisite. Additionally, you can enhance your website with optional content retainers.
- Do you offer maintenance and support?
Yes, we offer maintenance and support services to ensure your website remains secure, up-to-date, and functioning smoothly post-launch.
- How can I add new content to my website beyond the initial setup?
You can continue expanding your website with our premium services and retainers, encompassing all aspects of your website’s growth.
Website Package Plans
- What happens when I order a website package plan?
When you order a website package plan, you will receive instant access to your Celebrisite account. From there, you can request a discovery call at your preferred date and time zone to begin the process.
- Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, you can easily upgrade your plan from the billing account section. You will only need to pay the price difference and then request a discovery meeting to initiate the process and receive a new milestone plan. If you upgrade from a $997 setup and $97 per month plan to a $1997 setup and $197 per month plan, you will need to pay an additional $1000 for the setup upgrade, and your monthly payment will change to $197 instead of $97.
- Can I downgrade my plan?
Once a plan has been purchased or an upgrade or new features and content has been implemented, it is not possible to downgrade the plan.
- What is a one-page website package plan?
A one-page website package plan is designed for businesses or individuals who need a simple, concise online presence. It typically includes a single homepage with essential information about your business or personal brand.
- What is a standard website package plan?
A standard website package plan offers a wider range of features, including multiple pages, basic design customization, and content management tools. It suits businesses and individuals needing a more comprehensive online presence.
- What is a business website package plan?
A business website package plan is tailored to the specific needs of businesses which you can upgrade with features such as e-commerce, lead generation forms, and integration with business software.
- What is a corporate website package plan?

Premium Services & Retainers
- What are retainers?
Retainers are ongoing fees paid to ensure consistent support, maintenance, and updates and tasks like website maintenance, content updates, SEO optimization, consulting, analytics, marketing, design, social content, and technical support.
- What are premium services?
Premium services are additional features or services that go beyond the basic offerings. These can include custom design, advanced analytics, live streaming, or exclusive content.
- What are premium features?
Special website features are unique functionalities that go beyond the standard features offered in package plans. These can include custom integrations, advanced analytics tools, or specialized design elements.
Subscription & Cancellation
- Can I cancel my website package plan subscription?
When you cancel your website package plan subscription, your server and website will no longer be available online within the next 48 hours. Celebrisite will back up your website’s last version so that it can be reactivated in the future. However, do note that new fees and conditions apply if you choose to reactivate the subscription.
- Can I cancel a customization service?
Customization services, such as design or new feature integrations, are not subscription-based and can be canceled within 7 days, provided that a discovery call has not been scheduled. However, you can not claim a refund if the service or integration is already in the planning or implementation stage on your website.
- Can I cancel a retainer subscription?
You can cancel a monthly retainer, and no payment will be processed for the next payment term. You will not lose access to your Celebrisite account, and you can later reactivate the subscription to a retainer that you had previously canceled. However, you will need to book a discovery call to reschedule the project. Reactivation fees may apply depending on the new scope and deadlines.
Refund Policy
- What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?
We offer a refund policy based on the stage of our collaboration at which you request a refund. Here are the details:
- Cancellation before the discovery call: 100% refund (PayPal fees at your charge).
- Up to 24 hours after the discovery call: 100% refund (PayPal fees at your charge).
- Up to 24 hours after planning: 80% refund (PayPal fees at your charge).
- Up to 24 hours after Wireframe: 50% refund (PayPal fees at your charge).
- Up to 24 hours after Implementation: 30% refund (PayPal fees at your charge).
- No refunds after content integration and approval.
- No refunds in extreme conditions.
- Abusive refund requests may result in account termination.
- How do you handle package plan upgrade refunds?
Please remember the following refund policy for upgrade purchases:
– Cancelation before upgrade discovery call: 100% refund, with PayPal fees at your charge
– Up to 24 hours after the discovery call: 70% refund, with PayPal fees at your charge
– Up to 24 hours after planning: 50% refund, with PayPal fees at your charge
– Up to 24 hours after Wireframe: 25% refund, with PayPal fees at your charge
– Up to 24 hours after Implementation: 15% refund, with PayPal fees at your charge
- How long does it take to get the Refund?Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Contracts & Legal
- Do you offer a website contract?
Yes, you will receive a website as a service contract in digital form, along with our terms and conditions, and policies .
- What type of relationship do you offer?
We offer services as independent contractors. By requesting and paying for our services, you acknowledge that this does not establish an employment or subordination relationship nor hire for work between you and Celebrisite.com.
- Do you offer agency contracts?
An annual agency contract is available after an initial consultation to assess your needs. Please note that we do not compete with agency pitches.
- What laws are applicable?
Celebrisite.com operates from the Kingdom of Morocco. Applicable jurisdiction is the Court of Casablanca unless agreed otherwise.
Delivery & Ownership
- Do you provide the source file of my website?
A file delivery option is available on our custom proposal website only.
- How do you deliver my website?
Website delivery occurs when your website pages or features are online and functioning as per your specifications. The delivery process begins by accessing the Celebrisite platform, and project deliverables are provided in stages as per your project's milestones.
- Do I own my website?
You have the exclusive right to use your website as per your vision and requirements. You own the content you create for your website. However, you do not own the software, codes, and systems that power your website. All software is owned by their developers, who grant us a license to install and use them for you.
Infrastructure & Features
- What happens when I reach the video bandwidth or storage limit?
You can increase your video storage and bandwidth by purchasing streaming packages directly from your account section.
- What happens when I reach the server limit?
You can increase your server storage and resource capacity by upgrading to a higher plan or a new hosting package directly from your account section.
- Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on our servers. Your live website content and email data are kept on your server.
- Do I have a dedicated server?
All of our package plans include hosting your website in an exclusive cloud server that comes with a dedicated IP. Our one-page plan is designed to provide our clients with a unique and personalized cloud hosting experience on our shared enterprise-grade server.
- Where is the location of my server?
Installment Plans
- What are installment plans?
Website package installment plans are monthly payment options with no extra cost that are offered by Celebrisite.com. These plans allow you to choose a package without paying the full setup fee upfront. All our website package plans include the option to pay in installments. This gives you the same choices as upfront payment but with a longer project timeframe for payment and delivery.
- How do you handle installement plans payments?
Installment payments are automatically managed between our bank and yours when you select the installment option on our website and use your payment card or PayPal account.
- Do installment plans cover monthly subscriptions?
Installment plans alleviate the initial website setup costs but do not cover monthly subscriptions.
- Are installment plans priced higher than upfront payment?
No, installment plans are not priced higher; in fact, they cost even less because the installment price is reduced by celebrisite. However, bank fees may apply depending on your chosen method of payment.

Special website features are unique functionalities that go beyond the standard features offered in package plans. These can include custom integrations, advanced analytics tools, or specialized design elements.
- What are subscription fees?
Subscription fees are recurring payments made to access our service and platform on an ongoing basis. In the context of website development, subscription fees can cover hosting, domain name registration, and ongoing maintenance.
- What is a video server?
