Absolutely. Our policy is simple, either you are happy or fully refunded with no questions asked. Your site will be set to offline and removed from search engine index. Unfortunetely, you can no longer recover your membership and loose all attached benefits and rights at the date of the refund. 

Your plan covers access to our platform and services including your website, the required software and system updates, as well as website error fixes and reporting. in case we are notified of a payment failure, we’ll keep your site up and running, and get in touch with you. Three consecutive payment failures lead to your account suspension. 

Yes. You receive a website as a service contract in digital form along with our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
